How much money do you spend on a night out?
Discussion
Have had several Friday / Saturday nights in the last few months where I've blown £100-£200 and really regretted it the next day.
Yesterday I started my afternoon at the pub, spent about £20 there on a few pints and moved on to a local bar which is an absolute dump and managed to spend £120 and then another £9 at the kebab shop! Wasn't even a great night as I didn't get any punani so not happy today. Don't really spend any other money during the week, £10 on tobacco and I get free lunch at work so it's not that much of an issue if I do spend at the weekends but I still know it's not right.

Started uni with a max of £30 to spend on a night out (not including entry), now I'm tempted to start leaving bank cards at home because I seem to view it as some sort of sweet deal where I hand it over, put in my PIN and get a load of free drinks. Spent about £100 a few weeks ago and felt fking stupid the next day.

Anywhere from £75 or so through to north of a grand on a few occasions out with my old colleagues.
A grand! Nice going!I always dread the early morning look in the wallet after a night out - finding any kind of money left is such a bonus.
I remember a few years back going up town (Central London) for a friends birthday at which we started drinking about 12pm and stayed till about 4am. Work up the next day to find a fiver in my wallet (having taken £70 cash out originally). I was we'll chuffed until I look on Internet banking later in the day ad saw;
6.00pm - withdraw £100
12.00am - withdraw £100
3.30am - withdraw £50
Damn, so close.
Out with the girls and we tend to spend £100 a head. Although we do have one friend that does the "well I didn't have the starter and you have the more expensive main course" That I can't stand and generally throw the difference in just so a good evening doesnt get runied.
Out with Mr 13th I once picked a tab up for £1,800 including overnight stay in Bray. (I was an idiot and said Oh I'll get this, as Mr 13th nursed a very rare hangover).
It was fun, really fun BUT not that much fun.
With Christmas coming up and as I only work part time my next two wage packets will go on christmas partys

since i gave up drinking, for health reasons , i dont bother going out now . in fact the last "do , " i went to was my god daughters second birthday party .
it is quite refreshing that i do not spend hours of my life in pubs anymore , although it is a great shame that my social life revolved around drinking

Anywhere between £30 for a couple of rounds down the pub to £250+ for a proper night out with meal, club etc.
Don't object to either.
Waht concerns me is your measure of whether it's a good night or not is whether you pulled or not. Very strange!
Probably as its going to cost him another £50 for an hookerDon't object to either.
