I was born on the same day as Britain's greatest Prime Minister, the late Margaret Thatcher, became Prime Minister.

I served Sylvester McCoy when I worked at a Little Chef in 1997. He had plaice, chips and peas, and a glass of orange juice.

I snogged this lady in a nightclub after they had finished their set promoting a new radio station. It was a couple of weeks before they 'made it.'

Malcolm X was assassinated on my birthday, different year though.

Peter Doherty lived in one of my flats before me.

Blah blah blah

I once sat next to Roy Jenkins at a lunch party.

I once 'knew' a girl who had a small speaking part in Eastenders.

My brother shared a flat at Uni with the older brother of Gaz from Supergrass.

I grew up in a village where the drummer of OMD bought a cottage. Sometimes heard him practising.

Same village - Paul Burrell has a shop, have met him a few times.

Have met - Queen, Queen Mum, Prince Charles, Prince Andrew.

My cousin is Gabrielle Aplin's bass player.

It's just dawning on me that none of this is remotely interesting...... hehe

ETA - Roy J had impressive flatulence. Damn near put me off my lunch.

Reveal? You know these threads always end up with some tt saying "I possibly slept with someone famous now spend the next 14 pages giving me attention while I don't actually say anything."

Back on topic:

My mate splashed Charlotte Church in a swimming pool before she was famous.

I nearly hit the former manager of Port Vale (tenuous link to tenuous fame?) with a door. I didn't know who he was at the time and still don't.

Same date as me...

I've met Dean Gaffney. Well, if by "meet" you can include drunkenly stumbling up to him calling him a tt, then I've met him. And James Nesbitt in the same way....

I once saw Vic Reeves exit Woolworths in Canterbury. I almost said something to him. But didn't.

My parents once went to a dinner party with the parents of Joanne Whalley, the actress in Willow and Scandal etc.

I met Bernie Ecclestone in London.

I've also seen Paul O'Grady in Hythe Waitrose a few times.
