But you can't use it to plug in your phone charger, which is what I think most people want to have next to their bed in a hotel room? Since if I have a laptop with me on a work trip, I can't use it to access anything good...
You can plug your phone in to your laptop to charge. You're welcome.

As I've got chargers and plugs in UK, AU and US plugs I travel with one of these bad boys, problem solved:
Except mine has a US 3 pin plug (NEMA 5-15) as I bought it in the US.

I've made my morning coffee a little too strong. Humph.
- I've not known the bean-to-cup machines to deliver inconsistent results. If the working classes pulled their finger out and made industry more profitable pop's investments might have done better. Lazy bones the lot of them! Even worse, when Nanna's house was sold, the stuffed crododile and the baby grand went. Not even a concert grand. Awful.

Why so? I once read that coffee grounds were abrasiv to fat build up in drains, so considered a good thing? On the coffee front, my employer has issued an edict banning us from putting coffee grounds down the sink. fking fascists.
No bean to cup machine here, so I have a swissgold filter cup and a morning ritual. Lavazza red label ground in a vacuum brick. Been having the same coffee for 25 years.

Small cafetiere and Taylor's Rich Italian here; have contemplated getting an Aeropress but apparently you need twice as much coffee to get the same strength. What's the strength like with the Swissgold thing?

It'll have your eye out!The Lavazza is a fine grind for espresso, which I think helps. One largish super heaped teaspoon makes a strong cup in my giant bucket mug.
The Swissgold cups were £5 or 3 for a tenner when I bought them, a lot more now, but worse, they current new ones appear not to be gold plated! Appalling.
