I was at what was mainly a sales conference a few weeks ago.

There was a theme of cogs meshing. Except the didn't mesh, and even if they had they would hve been turning at the wrong speeds/directions. Drove me and all the other technical guys crazy.

broken lights really annoy me. Especially on the big Sandicliffe dealership which is also not a very old building either! for months they had SAN (NISSAN) and Mazd with the big billboard lighting! the Ford part was ok because its just a badge, not individual letters.

It looks so bad! If they cant be bothered to get some lights changed, what else can't they be bothered to do with your car?

I can't get a photo because they are both departed but in my parents house my father, who was hopeless at DIY,put a mixture of 4 inch and 6 inch white tiles on the wall in the kitchen above the cooker, mixed in rows that didn't line up.

As an aside he also spent 2 weeks painting the ceiling in white gloss paint with a 2" paint brush, bless him.

Simply out of curiosity, can you remember if it was advertised in the Lincoln area? I'm almost sure I drove past the exact same car earlier this morning but with the addition of a couple of AA/RAC type badges mounted to the bar over the number plate.
