It's more the point of lazy journalism where they've used 'number' per 'number' in the first 2 sections and then gone on to use 'text' per 'number' in the 4th entry of the 3rd section, then 'text'' per 'number' for the next 3 and back to 'number' per 'number' for the last one. No consistency!
Shouldn’t the convention be that single figure numbers are written as words but 10 and above are digits? Although in this case I think it would be better if they were all written as digits rather than just some of the single figure numbers.
Indeed, so it’s actually totallly correct. Had it been all digits it would have been a “picture to make my teeth itch”

Who would actually put that there, stand back and think, yep, that looks good... I'd have to move it.

there's about 20 things wrong with how that looks... but even at a basic level the fking cupboard is on a tilt!! Everything would be sliding to the right end!!!

I'd probably have pushed it down the slope onto the tiled floor after a couple of days of having to pass it.

i can just imagine going to get something out of it, pushing the sliding door to the left and having it slide back closed again. Holding the door open with my left hand and trying not to fall over whilst squatting down on a slope. That massive picture is clearly far too big and more than a bit crap, but whoever paid for it can't be too happy with the stty cupboard obscuring a third of it?
