I don't think there would be time to come to that conclusion before there was poo coming out.

Ignore the people - it's the perspective of what's being displayed on the screens which changes with the camera shot.

It doesn't matter what the camera angles are.

I have a heart issue which means I'm susceptable to have a sudden cardiac arrest. If I was pranked like that, I'd double prank them by dropping dead and poo would still probably come out.

Well, it DOES matter what the camera angle is, because it means they are two entirely separate 'takes' with the same actors.

The point he's making is the floor should look the same from whatever angle the camera is at because the panels are 2D. The floor actually changes perspective with each camera shot so either were not seeing what the in the lift people see, or it's two seperate takes with different perspectives on the floor panels.

It's likely that the people in the lift are just actors.
