So to increase odds of winning we should find a lesser subscribed lottery/game.

Or consider another approach - like syndicated buying of BOTB tickets, winning a car, putting it into a prestige sports care hire business and repeating the process each month or so, building up our own fleet and reaping the rewards. Bit of a long game though.
