At 150 players (for example) then we should keep £50 back each to create a pot of £7,500 in tickets for the next round of multiple £1m prizes (3,500 tickets excluding spud's admin award)

Not sure what the odds are to win £1m from 3k tickets - anyone got any stats at all?
