From last October from the terrace (communal terrace, but we were the only ones who seemed to use it throughout the whole holiday) at our hotel in Toscolano Maderno on Lake Garda, absolutely beautiful place.

..I'm going to Bergen in 6 weeks, I'd be interested if there's anywhere you'd recommended to eat or drink? Especially if it meant I wasn't returning to England limbless.
