Definitely the worst - I drive here daily and am constantly road raging!!! Used to drive 30,000km a year in Thailand, they are driving gods by comparison, and the Thais set the benchmark pretty Low!

If by Kale infused smoothies you mean Bintang, followed by nasi goreng, followed by more Bintang, then you are spot on. Although I did have a papaya smoothie on top of the Campuhan Hills today so maybe it is rubbing off on me a bit..
