although this was posted over a month ago I thought I'd go find the original post and let you know that I gave this a go after reading some of the comments on the video.

Question for you. I tried it for 3 weeks and felt great, however I just couldn’t stop the hunger pains. I’ll admit they lessened but they never went away.

Reading up on the subject it seems it should get easier as time goes on, but how long does that usually take?

Also do you just consume all your calories for the day in the one meal or do you reduce that as well as only eating once?

Oh marvellous, well done.
Funnily enough, only today I was reading about the amazing Herschel Walker, a most famous outstanding elite level athlete in the USA< he was eating one meal a day back in the 70s

All very interesting, I used to comfortably get by on one meal a day, and, although I have to watch my weight, I could manage it quite well, with one meal a day.

In 2016, I had a serious illness, and started to eat, what is deamed to be 'healthy'! I put on up to 10k in weight, and, I've been unable to shift it!?

'Food' for thought indeed.

If you want to lose weight you need to try and keep your total calorie count below about 1500kcal per day, less if you feel capable.

Drinking plenty of water was the best way to reduce the hunger pains, after about a month they had all but disappeared.

Last time I tried it (2015) I lost 7st in 6 months eating between 1000-1500kcal per day and doing 2-3 hours of exercise per day. I'm back on it again and have gone from 20.5st to 18st since the second week in January and I'm doing my best to only consume around 1000kcal per day, but I have a weakness for vanilla lattes so I fail 4 out of 7 days!
