People who approach the roundabout near my house assuming they won't have to stop rather than assuming that they will.
Many's the time I've taken a left turn (exits at 12, 3, 6, 9, so enter at 6 and leave at 9) and someone's entered from 9 at such a speed that they'd have collided with me if I was going straight on or right.
