so just had a week off work, away from the Council's. Apart from the day where we went to the Seaside. My Council valve was blowing full tilt that day.

Looking at the c/o on my desk, I'm reading a report, the children are called Harley and Cadan.

I'm thinking of you all.
We really need a list of approved names like many scandi countries. What chance does poor Harley have? Cadan is Welsh for battle according to google so although a terrible name actually has some etymological grounding.

Am guessing the parents didn't actually do the Googling as they named the other one after an American motorcycle ? probably wanted Jayden but the school classes all already had at least 4 Jaydens so they wanted to be classy and original.

May I nominate our local Lidl, its near the gym so handy but it has a demographic that ranges from Executive home uber tts and snuggle toothed peasants, the former plonk their uber ttmobiles in the Disabled/P and C spaces and the latter shamble round with their rattling smokers coughs and fill up with breaded ste then go to the manky estate pub across the car park, replete with kids waiting for their pissed parents in the middle of the day.

And Vaping, that seems pretty council now, am sure some think that their £200 vaping pipe and truffle infused vape oil is classy but to me its council, double council points if trying to covertly smoke it inside, like nobody can notice the horrible sickly smells !

Ahhh, the now common sight of huge plumes of smoke / vapour coming from the front windows of a Vectra or Zafira.

(Why are Vauxhalls more council than Fords, anyway?)

Nah - Vauxhall are on another level entirely. They get to about two or three years old and then just crash into council snotter territory. I can't think of another brand that come close.

Can't agree, in terms of motoring nothing says council like a five year old Vauxhall

Voting labour
Voting Conservative believing that May and co will look after the working man.

I would nominate not voting at all.
"Yea, I would have voted but I was too busy on Facebook"
Banging on about how st the Tories are and then going to vote BNP ....or would but not on the electoral register.

Also because they offered them at some ridiculously low prices on finance which really attracted the young etc. And because of how many flooded the market at 3 years old at low low prices when fleet users had already ruined them and run them nearly into the ground.

For some reason, the same did not happen to Fiesta, Focus and Mondeo because Ford have since been able make cars that the market has deemed are more worthy of holding their value. And because Ford never really made a proper competitor to the Zafira which made it pretty much the cheapest new 7 seater on the market I believe?

Around here I think that it seems to go something like this:
  1. 1 Focus ST
  2. 2 joint between Zafira and Fiesta ST
  3. 4 Corsa VXR and SRi
  4. 5 Astra VXR and SRi
There isn't much between them - I find it hard to call one more or less council than the other. After #5 I think it goes to Golf GTI replicas and MG ZTs

Back to hot tubs/nasty sex ponds - definitely council; this just popped up on my FB and that looks rather like a council estate to me...

Will the satisfied customer move that, or have all the local chavs looking over the wall at their "activities"?

When you get to my age a bit of hot tub action would be very welcome.
