Surely it should have been R not B? I mean, if you're going to advertise your regiment credentials...
B squadron? Who was that bloke on PH a few years ago with a similar name, used to pop up on threads about fertiliser, screenwash or the importance of clean socks. And tell us a story, about his time in the (ssssh) regiment and how he had (hush hush) killed people, possibly.
I think you’re thinking of resident covert sniper insertion specialist 22rgt B Squadron.

Saw this earlier. Either Chris Ryan out for a drive or the ultimate Walt.
It couldn't just be a number plate that was issued in Scotland - could it?

You know, er, nothing to do with the SAS or 'B' Squadron, platoon, troop, or owt else?

Well, it might just be a - what shall we call it? I dunno? A numberplate?

It’s almost certainly a personalised registration - there’s a slim chance it was issued in 1984 but it’s unlikely (the vast majority of plates like that especially with repeating numbers like 22 were sold rather than issued)

It's got to be a personalized plate - DVLA wouldn't issue a 1984/5 plate on a Merc ml, the owner had to have transferred it...

It is, that vehicle was registered in 2014, if he was a SAS Walt, wouldn't the VRM be B20SAS. biggrin

I meant one that someone bought rather than one that they kept from an old car, to back up the “issued in Scotland” theory.

Bought for £430 plus VAT in 2012.

Some proper walts on Channel 5 now. Shoplifters: at war with the law.

Security guards with police style uniforms, possibly stab vests with blue Security signs on the back, two radios, even have warrant number type tags on their vests which is also their call sign Zulu 6. Company logo like a police crest, ear pieces. Oh its getting exciting now a code 21 SOS call because someone has walked out of a shop with some trainers.

Calm down lads.

I've been reading this, it looks to be a Walt's Charter, given that you're committing an offence by refusing to give your name and address to a car park attendant.

To be fair our redneck cousins take 'Walting' to the next level. Sadly their government allows them to own some pretty serious weaponry rather than a rusty defender with a snorkel. Sadly this means the outcome is more serious than Nigel lecturing Joyce on the dangers of driving to work in her Nissan Micra without 4 spare wheels, a Jump Pack, Tow Rope and Full Scuba Gear - even though she could have walked but it was a bit rainy out.

Well let’s face it, with a user name like yours, you’d know.

In Blackpool recently I have seen vans stickered up for "Parrot Rescue" and "Paranormal Investigations"!
Was disappointed though in the lack of lights, battenburg reflective bits, snorkels, and tow ropes.

You'd have to be insane to volunteer for that.

You'd get abused all day and maybe hurt.
