Funny that those in Islington are the first to cry racism and offer support for them, until travellers turn up on their front door !

Why don't they all go and live in Islington if Mr Corbyn is so welcoming towards them? He's got all that space on his allotment.

It seems that the Police and courts are worried that the public will try to solve the plague that is the caravan dwelling, intimidating, thieving, littering, defiling, piss taking, group that like to be associated with (but are not) real Gypsies.

Traditional Gypsy Travellers are not the issue and neither are the New Age, Hippy Travellers.

It is the thieving scum masquerading as 'Travellers' that are the issue.

Our law enforcement authorities need to grow balls and apply the same law to them as to the rest of society. And enforce it rigorously.

How can we make this happen?

Well, what I am going to do is vote for a party that does not intend to grant them more rights.

I wish I could vote for a party that will address the mis-categorization of the scum alongside decent travelling folk. But there isn't one unfortunately.

If it was me I would demand a jury court. He would have a great chance of getting off with the charges but it is sickening that it was the Travellers who called the police when they bring their kids up to hate the police.

Unfortunately my Conservative MP is as liberal as you could get and still be a Conservative. She was also Brexit pro Remain, and is more worried about her career than dealing with a difficult subject.

So no hope of help from that quarter.....

Whilst reading that I had a bet with myself that you lived in the same constituency as me. I won.

At least Andrew Lansley was a real conservative and worth contacting if you had an issue.

Heidi Allen sold us a dummy!!

Maybe get everyone in the affected area to make a formal complaint about the Chief Constable for failing in their duty to via the Constabularies' website?

They are duty bound to investigate, they'll then ask what outcome you want from the complaint, the correct answer being a P45 for the CC. At this point they'll try to fob you off but you can refuse their verdict and escalate to the IPCC.

If the travellers are making your life a misery then make the Chief Constables' life a total fking misery.

Works equally well for lower ranks with the added bonus that a complaint will put any pending promotion on hold until the complaint is resolved IIRC...

The annoying thing is they just move on from the affected area so you just get what happened in Cromer over the summer - some senior police sit behind a desk with their arms folded while another bangs on about lessons will be learned for next time.

A entire infestation / conflagration / destruct / dump ( what is the collective noun ? ) of jolly, misunderstood, savoury meat product, lock opener families have squatted in the park / cricket green across the road from St Anne's school in Basingstoke, having destroyed the wooden posts to get access to the grass. it will be interesting to see how much refuse, human waste and general detritus and destruction they leave behind, over and above the damage they have done already.

It's nice to see that the mourners have brought out their best tracksuits and baseball caps for the funeral of another gypsy queen.
