Paranormal experiences
Discussion
So it seems that I have killed this thread.
Hopefully I have shown that belief in the paranormal is equal to belief in time travel, so both parties are equal in their craziness, or lack of it.
I have shown that there is a basis in science of a soul and life after death for which has only just been discovered and is an emerging area. So there is possibility of future discoveries there, that could even turn out to back up the claims of mediums. No matter how crazy I may think that, the possibility is there.
Now, whilst we are at it...
those on the paranormal side of the fence, start expanding your horizons: http://www.space.com/17661-theory-general-relativi...
and those too focussed on proving star trek right, go on a ghost hunt and experience it for yourself: http://www.fromtheotherside.org.uk

I'm really not clear why you think that you have shown those things - we're all travelling in time so time travel is clearly true and it has been demonstrated that our rate of progression can be different. Paranormal belief is just that - belief and nothing else.Hopefully I have shown that belief in the paranormal is equal to belief in time travel, so both parties are equal in their craziness, or lack of it.

And what's this fixation with those who 'prove Star Trek right'? No one on here is trying to do that and it smacks of a straw man that you've conveniently set up..
Interesting little video from a facebook group I'm on. Bloke claims the date is wrong due to it being a new bit of equipment he was testing, and it reverted back after he unplugged the camera and plugged it back in again if anyone's wondering.

Any way to see it if you're not actually a member of Facebook?
I don't know tbh. That's what I was trying to do anyway. It's not that big a deal really. Something very difficult to identify (weird shaped orb) descends on a group of people having a seance of some sort. I watched it with the sound off.Front bottom said:

This entire thread is evidence for that.
In our house I've experienced a few things. Jointly once with my wife.
I wouldn't say that I'm a believer not am I a practicing religious type however I find it hard to explain whats happened in our house. I don't have a logical view that squares everything away. The countless sounds of someone moving around in our kitchen. Placement of a remote in one exact spot whenever we always leave it on the sofa by habit. Then it went missing for months then reapeared in the same place it always turns up.
Multiple watches going missing then turning up in a pile in a really obvious place on a floor.
Numerous other things that you can't put down to forgetfulness or another. Things like keys- yes misplaced keys are normal but not watches appearing in one spot multiple times.

Years ago my Mom had a random knife in the cutlery drawer. It had a bone handle. Amittedly a bit of a dubious thing to own these days, I think it came from abroad.I wouldn't say that I'm a believer not am I a practicing religious type however I find it hard to explain whats happened in our house. One day it disappeared and was missing for a good few weeks, then it turned up in a really obvious place on the work top, but the handle was all distorted, as if melted.
You'd expect bone to char, not melt with heat.
We never got to the bottom of that one.
