Could say the same thing about owning a lambo or any other sports car capable of doing more than 70
Anyway, out in Japan at the mo. They've got some hand made oni tigers for around 200. Also found a shop selling the limited edition jordans/off whites etc. Yours for a min. £1k.
The Japanese seem to love their trainers though

Tokyo till Sunday then niseko for a week.
Not sure if you've been to Tokyo yet but it's London prices
Yeah I’ve been a few times, i would say you go to expensive places in London! Not sure if you've been to Tokyo yet but it's London prices
There are some really nice trainer shops, but unfortunately i dont have time to do anything this time as trying to get back for wife’s birthday and trying to stay on UK time as need to not suffer from jet lag!

Are Vans comfortable? I've never had a pair. Only reason I ask is because they are similar to Converse All Stars and I think they are the most uncomfortable trainers on earth.
I'm the same as the other poster, got a couple of pairs of vans and find them comfortable enough. But then I also find converse ok. converse/vans do take a bit of 'breaking in' or moulding to your feet. but once done they are great. also since converse were bought out by nike, some of the classic all stars/ chuck taylors now have the nike 'lunarlon' insole, which makes them way comfier.

They are the ones I've got. The edges of the toe box inside the shoe rub on my toes terribly. Will give me blisters if I wore them for any length of time.Gameface said:

The later Nike/Lunar Converse are horrific comfort wise. I chuck-ed (see what i did there ) mine in the bin, my pre Nike Converse are super comfy. One colourway.
