2013 5-series.

Bought used in November. It still had the BMW Concierge subscription, which ran out in february.

Anyway, at the start of this month, I cant load anything on BMW Online. it just says there is "no connection" and offers no help. As such, things like the BMW weather widget don't work, and I cant connect to any online pages anymore.

Are the two linked, is there a subscription cost for bmw online? I'd assume if there was it'd tell me, not just tell me there's no connection. Nothing has changed at all since it was working, no settings, repairs or anything else.

Any ideas/help? smile

Yes you need a subscription.

Check on the BMW website and it will tell you what is current and what has expired...

I got mine (the old pre-iDrive BMW Assist service) free for a year, then it went to £10/month. Didn't think it was worth it for the functions it provided.
