Congrats mate it's great to hear that all the tests come back low risk, we found out on Saturday so i'm guessing we're probably close with date, ours is due 16.08.
Yes took me a while to understand about baby moons too but now we're trying to figure out what type to go on which is difficult as we don't know what she'll be like at 30 weeks.
Pick something with lots of options and that doesn’t tie you to anywhere too hot, she might / will want to rest a lot and sleep might be hard by 30 weeks. Everything gets harder in the last 2 months.Yes took me a while to understand about baby moons too but now we're trying to figure out what type to go on which is difficult as we don't know what she'll be like at 30 weeks.
E.g city break with hotel/Airbnb and set low expectations... or a hotel by a beach (not too hot)

partner is 13 weeks gone and had the tests all last week and the 3 month scan and thankfully we are very low risk (despite age).
1-2500 for trisomy 21
1-19500 for trisomy 18/13
So can finally think about what we need to do.
after reading above I now know what the hell a BabyMoon is now when she mentioned it

She has demanded a BabyMoon and wants it over the Easter bank holiday weekend... so now I need to go and organise it somewhere, I want Iceland, but will settle for Bruges.
Good luck to all the newly expecting and trying!
Our little bundle is 4 months now and teething apparently oh man is she letting us know about it!! Three teeth coming through at once, we've been spoilt with her sleep patterns up until now, so I guess it was only fair it took a hit for a while.......

Three at once is a godsend. They're no quieter with only one tooth coming through. Get it over and done with! Ours is the same. Waking every 30 mins or so for the first few hours and then giving us about two hour gaps between ruckus. Bring on the mouthful of teeth and the peace. Our little bundle is 4 months now and teething apparently oh man is she letting us know about it!! Do it.. but not too late into 2nd trimester! If you do manage to get them down, you're either too tired or have jobs to do rather than be husband and wife as you were before, and even worse.. If you do manage to get some time, he's managed to wake up twice mid-way through, extremely frustrating

Scan today the ground floor was freezing. Go up in the lift and walk into this part of the building and it is like a tropical paradise
Medical reason or because the majority of staff are woman and like it like a devils lair?
I know now why some on here have recommended shorts on the maternity ward haha!

Liquid Anbesol worked for my two... Lidocaine in alcohol. Gives them 3-4 hours relief.
Yeah we picked up some of this yesterday, seemed to soothe her, fell asleep at 10 last night, didn't wake up until 6:30 this morning, I'll take that!We thought it was due to the 4 month vaccinations she had on Friday, but only realised it was teething as she kept rubbing her face and trying to chew her hands. It's early for teething apparently, but it looks like she's got more than 3, she's got 3 along the bottom and 3 or 4 along the top, no wonder she's been naggy, still been managing to smile at us periodically through the tears bless her.
Amber beads, never heard of them, but will bare them in mind if the Anbesol fails us.

The labor floor here is so freaking cold - it feels like the a/c is cranked up to the max.Medical reason or because the majority of staff are woman and like it like a devils lair?

It was crazy warm when I was there, fully agree shorts would have been preferred, I had other things going on so I did not think about how hot I was!Medical reason or because the majority of staff are woman and like it like a devils lair?

There are a number of very new borns, with very little clothing on, trying to figure out what life is, so instead of trying to wrap them up, you crank up the temp of the room to make them comfortable, and the adults can suffer. There was one baby next to where Mrs PG spent the night that was being kept on a bed with a UV lamp (?) over the baby, (newborn jaundice) so you cannot really wrap them up and shine a light on them!
(Did not stop Mrs PG setting the heating at home to the same temp as the mat ward, having seen what she went through I did not dare say anything..)

Our little man is 2 next month, we've used granules and Anbesol a couple of times, but other than that, the amber has worked
