What's the coolest thing you own?

I think that if nothing else - this thread shows the sheer diversity in what people deem cool.
As a lot of this thread I would deem 'good' but not necessarily 'cool' - eg a Caterham
The part of a 1918 Battleship is 'cool' to me though
I have to say my favourites have been the little odds and sods like that, or the bit of hubble.
I own nothing cool :/

Jenny Agutter, by the looks of it.
That's right. Little story behind it, prior to deployment on ops the boss said, using blueys, everyone should write to actors, pop stars and celebs. Request a signed photo and the 'best' would get a bottle of Moet as a prize. Quite how he graded the winner I don't know but the pic had to arrive out there before we returned. Mine was late as Jenny explains, it arrived in theatre just after I'd returned to the UK so had to be sent on and I didn't get it for another few weeks. I wasn't complaining, I was chuffed to bits she went to the effort and I got it framed immediately. Always had a soft spot for Jenny Agutterthis is probably the coolest thing in the world to me right now

That upsets me as a purist (having owned 4 of them) but hell yeah, that's awesome. Details needed.
I do have a factory mint 1.9gti in steel grey so I am keeping a standard one too.The Cossie was built by DJM MOTORSPORT and this was a max power feature car in early 1990. Now runs full WRC suspension from escort cossie, close ratio box and 469bhp with just under 500 ftlb of torque.

Are there any forum write-ups / other online info which has more detail about the car?

I like this pic showing WRC style front hubs, compression struts and WRC bladed, adjustable roll bar, all done by Mark Walker of MK motorsport (he built the Martek race frame used by Guy Martin on the pikes peak race). I have done all the spannering myself in my garage on my ramps. Mark Shead fitted the EFR Borg Warner turbo and mapped it for me.
The Cossie rear diffs break easily so Mark made a BTCC style rear RS500 rose mounted 6 degree beam to hold an uprated Supra diff with weir kit in the LSD. He made the billet cover for the diff to add strength.

A letter to my Dad from Bobby Kennedy written a month to the day before he was killed. Bobby that is, not my Dad.
A few bits of maritime stuff.
A bedside cabinet from RMS Olympic, sister of Titanic. Still in use in my hallway.
A bit of wood from the launching skeg of the last Ark Royal.
Some instruments from HMS Fearless removed in a post Falklands refit. A tacho from the engine control room and a control panel from a landing craft?
The three above packed safely in the depths of an attic room.
And as others have said, some memories.
