Try and tell that to all the multi millionaire and billionaire Arab, Chinese, Russian etc... groups that summer in the U.K. every year
Case in Point.

If the newly rich from China, ME and Russia were English, they'd be the most council of the council. Gold plating everywhere, loads of tat, their behaviour would make the wayniest of the Waynes blush. If I'm at a hotel with a buffet breakfast and see the bus load of Chinese pull up, I sleep until lunch. Just because they're rich, does not preclude them from being council. If that were true you'd need to explain the Range Rover range... and Football.

Most UK holidays are council, but not all council holidays are in the UK.

Also, buffet breakfast at a hotel... Council.

This has already been addressed by me and others, but you chaps are holidaying in the wrong places in UK if you believe that.

You are obviously going to the wrong places. Try avoiding places like Blackpool and Newquay

True British nationalism going on here......

Sure, a seaside holiday by an obscure beach in Devon is great, but I'd much rather spend a week in Malaysia (biased) , Canary Islands, Singapore etc.

Absolutely, After noting that there was a breakfast buffet at the Intercontinental Estoril, I insisted on being upgraded to the club lounge where table service was correctly served.

Weirdly location dependent. Take the Norfolk coast. Hunstanton is all Kiss Me Quick hats, tattoos and fish 'n' chips. A mile or so to the east, all the children are called Hugo and Jocasta and the parents all wear Boden shorts and Docksiders.
A mile to the East of Hunstanton and you are in the North sea.

I suppose drinking this stuff straight from a bottle in a brown paper bag while sitting on a park bench is a bit lower than council...

Going to scarborough for a holiday.
Just being there for any reason qualifies I'd say,
ditto Skegness, Blackpool, and emphatically Rhyl.

Is the holiday camp still there about two mile along the coast?

A mile south-ish of Hunstanton, and the children are called Anne, Charles, Andrew and Edward.

Browsing Google earlier and found this picture of Councilness.

Unmaintained grass
Discarded pallets in front of house
Smoking

Just think, all the way out there and she still manages to get to a Primark for some leapordskin leggins.
