Cycle Snetterton Race Circuit

Tomorrow evening Snetterton is being opened up for a couple of hours for cyclists to have a bit of a jolly.

It's from 5pm until it gets too dark to see and costs a minimum £10 donation to EACH.

I went to their last one earlier in the year with my son and we had a great time riding around.

Is anyone else going?

I've done one of the events there before, I thought it would be a bit dull but actually really enjoyed it, think I clocked up nearly 50miles...

I keep seeing them pop up on Facebook but they've not been at convenient times..

I have done Oulton Park with the kids once, think I was doing more engine noises than them LOL Baffles me why circuits don't do it more oftern.

Yeh the timing is a bit rubbish for work with having to get the most of the light.

I've just built up a bit of OT this week so that I can leave at lunchtime, get home and sorted then drive the hour to get there.

A similar event is on at Silverstone on Tuesday.

Mallory Park seem to be pushing themselve as a cycling/triathlon venue.

It does make complete sense for circuits to have an alternaive, quiet source of income.
