Need an ordering app

Hi

Need to help some family members out with an ordering app.

4 people order products on the farm but no one knows what each other has ordered until the invoices come through, then no one can remember what prices things should be.

Is there an app out there that each one can enter basic details when they order something and each one can see that something has been ordered? Maybe each order has a different order number and the next person to place one gets the next number?

Looking at the Apple app store, something like PocketBuyer looks to offer purchase tracking with status and collaboration features. That sort of thing, or does a farm have more specific requirements?
