It can't be all that far beyond you, given that you've spent the whole thread arguing in favour of the OP for his lack of compassion, care and respect towards the disabled couple!! hehe
I've been very critical of the OP. By the way, how's the wife? Odd you haven't mentioned her in your post! biggrin

Hilarious that you think you’re putting people down when you’re just providing amusement!
I like to give but never give up.

Thank you, your support means I'll never stop. smile

I know people have raised it already, but can a mod please check his IP or something, his replies seem very similar to the OP rolleyes
Are you that desperate to shut down reasoned argument (which I've already won obviously)? Again, read the thread, I'm only arguing that the space (when not occupied) could be used for such unfortunate circumstances alluded to by the OP - only until the space is required by a genuine user and only if this is truly the only place to stop.

Now, who needs a hug? They're free, no strings attached but be warned my success may rub off on you. Anyway, know I'm here for you and you don't need to be so angry at the world.

Fakeprofile, how do you know when someone wants to park in the disabled space? Not everyone will sit waiting for someone to move, most will probably drive off and look elsewhere.

Fake,

There is no way i am supporting you, quite the opposite.

Two things on here are at the crux of this post ,which to your inane ramblings and backing up the OP could well become PH folklore

1) look at the header . to any normal person it alludes to the OP getting one over on the angry old lady, which he then compounds by teeling the world what he did?. A prank that my 5 yr old grandson would think purile

2) you backing his actions into pulling into the disabled space. Again any normal person would have gone and found a regular space, the deed had been done and a few seconds longer would not make any difference at all. But you are so myopic you cannot see this

Since then there has been, i would guess 80% ,of all posters telling him, and you to wind your neck in, yet you still get out your soapbox and protest at every opportunity at criticism against him or you.,

You i fear, have not got the hang of PH threads yet, and are learning the hard way. There are many more well seasoned posters on here, who could eat you up and spit you out with sarcastic remarks that would make a docker blush. Perhaps the reason why they have not is they cannot be arsed to enter into a good banter with such a pitiful person as you.

Still please carry on, You and him may not be Ant and DEc , but you are making a lot of people laugh, at you, sadly not with you,

People dont drive around with those in the window though do they. So how would you know that someone wanted to use the disabled space?

The vast majority of people I know (including myself) don’t display the badge until they actually park. Otherwise it tends to slide around when you go around corners plus the reflection can be a pain as well.
Often they keep it along with the timer inside a little wallet.
HTH.

Yes we never keep it on the dash as it slides off, only gets displayed when parked.

Can't leave a blue badge on the dash of a Beetle because it doesn't have a dash. Have to hook it into the corner of the heat exchanger vent and then it melts rolleyes

Neither of the protagonists in the OP covered themselves with glory... if indeed the old dear was as intolerant as portrayed. Sorta a case of immovable spunktrumpet meets irresistable tossbag scratchchin

Again, you need to read the thread.

I'm arguing that with nowhere else to park, people would be sympathetic to a person in such a predicament as the OP's wife (as echoed earlier in the thread by someone with experience of the blue badge). If you guys don't agree with that then that's your problem (and you really do have one). As said, I disagree with most of what the OP said. You're just too stupid/lazy to grasp that.

Having read the whole thread I still don’t believe there was absolutely no where else to park and I don’t believe the width of the car park doesn’t allow 2 cars to pass so the OP could have simply pulled over behind some parked cars to help his wife.
I do believe, however, the OP is a bit of dick.

Fake

mea culpa,

I thought i had deleted the word 'regular' and by space i refer to another part of the car park where stopping would not have bothered anyone, as has been commented on in an earlier post

OK fake

Seeing as English ( or even Latin) is not your first language

I made a mistake in my post you are referring to

I should have left out the word regular ( i didnt) and if you then read it as such it makes sense

space
noun
noun: space
1.
a continuous area or expanse which is free, available, or unoccupied.

English isn't my first language but I'm still making more sense than you. What on earth does the above mean? If you have a question, ask it.

But you said that using a disabled space is ok until you see a disabled user who needs the space. Not all people will approach someone who is using it for emergencies like bird poo in the first post. So how would you know that someone needed the space if they didnt get out and approach you?
