That's a very impressive work with the door plaque glenrobbo, just a pity that there's no door to stick it on!!
Battert to the rescue. Thanks to its generous proportions, he's turned it on its side and put it in the doorway. While he strengthens the door frame and tracks down some sturdy hinges I'll be using the window to access my office.DickyC said:

Bomma's always been keen on the HE stuff.
Just got back from the Old Fart's Annual Christmas Outing.
Oh what fun we had.
Traditional Sunday Carvery carried over to Tuesday followed by bottomless ice cream Sundae ( or should it be Wednesdae? )
I would be suffering from brain freeze if I had one.
This evening it's the TVR Regional Christmas "do", with a Secret Santa gift exchange and a talk and demonstration by two drag racing exponents:
I'm only going because there will be mince pies and coffee for all attending.

The races can get a bit sameish but there are interesting things going on. As kids we watched drag racing at Blackbushe Airport. A square back Stingray overshot the line and had to reverse. The lights went green, the other car shot off and the Stingray reversed at high speed. After some frantic driver activity the car set off in the right direction... and won.nonsequitur said:
