Went to the Dell a few times in the sixties, (TerryPaine etc.). Have fond memories of Soton from my merchant navy days.

It's now an exclusive housing development with blocks/roads named after players etc, Southampton is undergoing a major rebuilding programme at the moment, it's already had an extensive remodelling and now has the West Quay shopping and dining area.

My lack of posts this week is mainly cos my phone is all over the shop.
Don't know if it's my phone borking or whether CarGurus are one by one poisoning the aging PH hamsters holding this place together.....wobblerotateconfused

My phone was freezing and stalling so I took the advice of others and downloaded Brave Browser, you use it instead of your default browser, huge improvement highly recommended!!! The only thing is you have to set up your regularly used pages again!! smile

I've had this HTC 1 for 5 years.
Not many smart phones last that long without a new battery.
I quite like the new Huawei thingy but don't want to up my monthly costs.

A complete day trying to figure out how to draw lines on a pdf of a floor plan. I won’t even go into detail but I got nowhere apart from buying a professional Adobe program that was about as much use as an I don’t know what.

I've acquired a bicycle.
Saw it earlier,in daylight dumped in the woods right next to the road.
Went back just now,still there.
It seems to work as I gave it a try.
Although the user is taller than me,I needed a set of steps to get on.
So I wheeled it home.
Its probably nicked.
I'll check for a stamped postcode and even a local Facebook post if I can work out how to use it.
Doesn't seem to have a tracker.
Not a high value bike.
They're on Amazon for £110.
