Corsa mode or Sport Mode don’t eat clutches in themselves. It is how you drive that does.
Assume you pop the car into neutral when stationary at lights, or in a stationary queue? Don’t crawl in traffic (constantly slipping clutch if you do)? Let a gap grow and move forward positively - if you drive like you would a manual, you preserve clutch life. You are right, Auto mode is heavy on clutch. Always use paddles. These are not automatic in the conventional sense, but more a clutch pedal less manual.
Spirited driving in Corsa won’t eat the clutch anymore than in Sport Mode. Just bear the above in mind generally and enjoy.

Corsa uses less clutch than any other mode as there is less slip and a harder engage. Tbh LP560 clutches are very hard wearing you would have to try hard to kill it or be really taking the mickey, they will do a lot of miles before needing work and they are not that expensive to do if you did need one.

Oh, and I did spend a very pleasant lunchtime with Max Venturi at Knockhill several years ago as he went into great detail about the development of the modes by Lamborghini, specifically for the Aventador in his case.
Sometimes it can just be fun to drive, that's one of the differentiator's for me about Lambo.

To follow up on that conversation he did say pretty much the same thing. His recommendation is to warm it up in Strada, auto if you wish, then stick it in manual and sport for maximum driving pleasure, including slip angles, torque distribution, throttle response, dampers, noise and all sorts of other factors.
Even the name is so brilliantly Lambo.
PS I think my wife enjoyed the experience even more than I did, can't think why a good looking Italian racing car driver is such a big deal...

In Sport Mode and in Corsa mode the exhaust valves open so you get a richer exhaust sound from lower revs than in Strada or Normal mode where the exhaust note gets richer after about 3,500 revs upwards.
Or, as in my case, you get a Super Trofeo exhaust and have V10 Symphony from idle all the way up in any mode!

Thought he said sport was louder than corsa. I have mine in corsa all the time and I've not noticed any difference in loudness when in this mode. Only difference I can feel is the neck snapping gear change (I flat shift) plus "Thrust Mode" is only available while in corsa (I think).
TBH i cant remember if this applies to LP560 cars as it has been a long time since i had one and i had a aftermarket exhaust and a valve controller and only ever drove it in corsa or sometimes strada, I thought it did still apply, but in all later models Huracan/Aventador sport is much louder than Corsa, i don't know how this works as you would think valves open is valves open but corsa is mute by comparison. is only available while in corsa (I think). On the LP560 there was no difference in sound between Sport and Corsa.
On the Huracan Performante the valves are open in both Sport and Corsa but in Sport it crackles when you lift off the throttle. This is dialled out in Corsa. Corsa however gives a higher idle speed than Sport so it sounds louder at standstill.

According to Lambo's own technical spiel, Corsa mode affects the car in the following ways:-Vehice ride height decreases until sensors detect constant contact between tyres and arch liners
-Mid 90s jungle begins playing on a loop through the stereo at high volume
-Video recognition software prohibits engine start if it detects that the driver isn't wearing a baseball cap
-Weight sensor in front passenger seat prohibits engine start if it detects no presence of 2nd occupant, who must also be equipped with baseball cap
-Air conditioning system is augmented with the smell of stale weed, body odour and sexual frustration
-Satnav automatically routes itself to the nearest McDonalds or KFC
-Only 1st - 3rd and reverse gears are selectable
-Top speed is limited to 110 mph
-Exhaust note changes to a harsh, tinny rasp underpinned by a low, wet-sounding warble
-Launch control is permanently active
