Strangely mine was OK this morning at 06:00 but yesterday at 08:00 I had to full-on scrape the screen.

Last winter and summer were like a Daily Mail readers idea of what the past was like, bitter cold and snow, a 2 week spring and then wall to wall sunshine and high temps for months.
Indeed!

it was bloody marvellous biggrin
EXACTLY what I was thinking! smile

Exactly the same as me. Was a very odd day. Frost in the morning, and then had to use the Air Conditioning later on!

Meanwhile, on the south coast, muggins here was lulled into a false sense of security and went kayaking without suncream. Bit pink now...

Well done, Alex. Prepared to take one for the team!

hehe
I will gladly sacrifice my ability to be upright and at least some of my digits to frostbite if it means I can take pretty photos of Richmond Park in the snow.

Where we live average snowfall is 1.98m and we regularly spend months below minus 20C so British winters are laughable in comparison , however I'm hearing OP that you're in for one of the coldest on record , any truth in this ?

Adding myself to the thread. Summer ended about a week and a half ago and now the regular Colorado Autumn has succumbed to Winter with the utterly terrifying speed that it usually does. The natives here like to boast that Colorado has all four seasons (a bloody odd boast, methinks), but what they fail to mention is that two of them combined last less than a month.
30c last week, snow due tomorrow.

What sort of trap is it? You need to set it so it’s like a hair trigger or you’ll never catch anything.

Looks a bit windy for the end of the week and into the weekend.

As Pug says though, bit far out at the moment.

Yep, had the same on Saturday night (lovely and cold walking back from the pub at midnight... cloud9 ). Frost & ice didn't clear from the back garden until approx 10am.

Beeston, just outside Nottingham.
