Can anyone tell me more about the American classics?

I'm trying to find out more about a Swedish explorer called Eva Dickson. I've spotted these two pics but need to know more about what cars they are? Can any American classics fans out there help?

Looks like a 1928 -29 Chevrolet Phaeton and a 1937 Ford Roadster.

I am sure someone else can narrow it down as I am no expert on this era.

Not sure if this is of any help, but she did write a book about her travels. I dont know the language it was written in, but I would expect Swedish.

If my memory serves, she died in Bagdad in 1938 after losing control of the car she was driving.

I was at Classic Remise in Berlin earlier on in the year, and I'm pretty certain one one of her cars was there (could may well have been the car in your first picture).

Could be worth an email / phone call to them?
