Tell Us Something Really Trivial About Your Life (Vol 31)

Yes, about these ancient burial mounds, you'll notice the use of the plural I'm sure, there are currently six dotted around the grounds, two by the big lake, two by the landing strip, and another behind the hangar, this makes eleven in total, are we absolutely sure that Battert is being honest about his fortifications and walled garden????

Bobbers. I think you should re-read your last post, paying particular attention to the italicised segment. A classic oxymoron if I ever saw one. And I don't mean Battert.
Just keep schtumm, that's the best way.
And if Time Team start sniffing around with their baldricks & real ale enthusiasts and hysterical researchers, just show them to Battert's "Conference Room" and offer them a generous quantity of alcoholic beverages while they wait to be "briefed". Make sure you lock the door when you make your excuses and leave...

Scrambler ON: Golf Romeo and Bobbers, could you check to see whether Trivtone Henge is concealing anything? Its faux Stone Age credentials were brought to light when it moved 20 metres towards the boundary over night three years ago come Michaelmas.
No need for the scrambler, Dicky. You look faintly ridiculous in those baggy old leather trousers, that tatty Barbour jacket and that old peaked helmet anyway. The old Greeves 250 is looking good though! I thought you knew that the Trivstones have to be moved twice a year when the clocks go forwards in Spring and back in Autumn.
You probably only happened to notice the large shift 3 years ago because Battert inadvertently shifted them the wrong way and had to move them back twice the amount in the opposite direction the following night.
I suspect he may have unusually been "a bit tipsy".

Was that the time Battert took the saying "one step forwards, two steps back" literally???
This has got me wondering if Battert had something to do with the sad passing of 'H' from Steps?

Get down tonight indeed. Down where exactly hasn't been made clear, we'll just have to 'wing it' as usual and hope we're doing the right thing.
Anyhow, I've finished my work duties for this week, a few more carbon fibre bits making their way into the supercar world. Not really my thing to be brutally honest, I'd prefer a nice bit of hand beaten aluminium or similar. Still, it's keeping me in tea bags, crumpets, Rothmans and Absinthe so mustn't complain.
I have to collect Grandbomma from school a bit later. See if I can manage that without comprehensively buggering something up.

How was the last batch of chicken half review, anyway?
I used to be quite fond of crumpets, but haven't had any for some considerable time, what with me being married and all that.
As for your last bit about coping with the real responsible people in our lives, I found that a crêche course for
