Twice this week, watching reality fly on the wall tv,2 different drivers have turned into a river when using a ford, not a Ford, due to Sat nav telling them to do so.
Reason #46 why I have never owned one.
I use the map of Google to plan my trips I scribble the direction down on scrap paper ,or just use my out of date Euro atlas books.
My map of Italy, first used 2006 is priceless.

Pfft, Lady Slopes and i really do know how to live, we are watching a helimed type programme.

I know right, we probably should ease up on the excitement but it's rivetting - well not literally rivetting, even though that might be fun to watch - and i for one can't not watch.

That's how to really live
Slopes, I've still got my Chicago Pneumatic 4X rivetting gun primed and ready to go if you fancy doing a bit of dollying with me. It makes light work of even those tough titanium rivets.

You'll need ear defenders though!

Well, it's a beautiful sunny day, with just a few Simpsons clouds in a blue sky, and they've turned off all those bloody wind turbines at last. smile

Absolutely nothing planned, so what to do?
How to spend an entirely free day?

I think I'll go for a walk...
I know a lovely stretch of countryside that hasn't been built on yet...

Peace in our time cloud9

It's why Enzo hated the word Fezza. A bloke in a red car wearing a Fez. The more the worser.

WTF?

The first thing that puzzles me about that photo is:
Why are the overriders missing from the front bumpers of the two leading cars.

The second thing is:
What have they done with all the drivers' legs? That's quite a lot of missing meat.

Is it a Festival celebrating National Amputees' Day or is it something more sinister?

I don't know any plain rappers, they all have bling gold bracelets and heavy gold chains and body piercings and earrings and tongue studs and specially whitened teeth and fancy AirMax sneakers and baggy pants & stuff.

I could send it to you hidden inside a copy of the Dirty Vicar's Book of Tits and Bums, if that's OK?
