Leftover steak and ale casserole for lunch, lush!!! A nice pint to wash it down would have been good but I guess being at work a cup of water will have to suffice!!!
On a tour of the BMW factory we were told assembly workers can drink beer at break times. In Bavaria beer is classed as food.Bobberoo99 said:
I've heard that's common in a lot of German industries Dicky!!
Go on P5BNij, you know knocking it into one makes sense!!
Yes glenrobbo only one wine glass, did you spot the tee shirt hanging behind the window too??

Yes Nij, knock that centre pillar down so you can drift a big V8 in there sideways.
Just had a look for the T-shirt: very Californication, Bobbers! Nice touch.
Met a girl at a cricket match when I was a very young man, never forgotten her, I thought we got on very well, perhaps that was just me, I asked her for her name and number, she hesitated for a while and then said it was Lindsay Doyle.
If anyone knows her perhaps you can put me in touch.

You'd better be quick, she's a fast lady:If anyone knows her perhaps you can put me in touch.

I have just received a good bking from Mrs. Robbo for continually sneezing.
The poor thing, it must be getting on her nerves.
Naturally, I'm doing it intentionally, along with suffering a streaming nose, itchy itchy watering eyes and generally feeling as if I've been attacked with pepper spray.
I really should be more considerate.
fking hay fever!

Afternoon all. I met a chap in Cyprus during the 80's, a Pongo he was. Army Catering Corps, in fact. He was in his late 20's at the time, never suffered with hay fever in his life. A week into his posting 'wallop', he was stricken with the most awful bout of it.
Might have been the dry and often dusty atmosphere, might have been an allergic reaction to Keo lager. Who knows.
I still keep in touch with him, he still suffers with hay fever to this day. Probably still suffers from a surfeit of lager too, if the truth be know.
Anyhow, it's been an extremely busy few days workwise. Mind, we all had the audacity to take a couple of days off over Easter so that's the price we must pay I expect.
We're off to deepest darkest Surrey again tonight, should be leaving around 22.00 so with a bit of luck we'll be home around 0300.
I'll see what happens.

Lager. That'll be it!
I did imbibe a couple of those during the course of the weekend.
Well, perhaps I'd better "fight fire with fire" as they say!
I wonder if a few pints of 'Trooper' will do the trick? It's not really a lager, more a strong bitter, but I reckon it's got to be worth a try.
Aaaa-CHOO!!!
Quick, no time to lose....

And before you say anything, nope, the recent wildfires up on Saddleworth Moor were nothing to do with me. Honest Guv.
But three cheers to the Greater Manchester Fire Service lads for their hard work bringing it under control.
The recent thunderstorms and heavy showers should gave dampened the moors down for now.

Yes, I know, I know, I go on a bit about Mrs C's SLK but I just want the best for it. The Service Book is now full so I ordered a new to carry on the well founded tradition.
Gits.
It's not a Duplicate, it's a Supplement.
They think I'm up to no good.
Dicky, if only you could get hold of their hole puncher and empty out the collector tray, you could find all the relevant bits and glue them back in the right places to get a new virtually unblemished continuation service book. Gits.

They think I'm up to no good.
Or you could take it back and give them a good bking for inferring that you were of dubious intent after all your years of loyal patronage. Harrumph!
We all know that you are a perfectly reprehensible character.
If I were you, I'd threaten them with writing a letter to the Times.
Well it's been an interesting and draining day today, tempers flaring at wemakeplanebits.com culminating in a heated exchange, there's definitely going to be problems and quite possibly huge changes in the future. Then straight from work to Salisbury to see my oldest friend and his very poorly partner. Now home and about to immerse myself in my camper.

Is there some way of ramping up Quality Control for the bits made on Heated Exchanges and Tempers Flaring Days?/some of us fly occasionally
