I can't really laugh too much though, I once tried to put the cat's bed in an empty and un-used fireplace, thinking it would be a good feature and a cozy nook for the mog.

She had none of it!

They are the ZX 500 RM - Light brown / Kelvin Scale, not cheap but the discount makes them slightly more reasonable. Nice leather insole and ankle support. My only gripe is this is my first pair of boosts and feels funny walking in them so hopefully that improves.

Don't apologise made me chuckle!

As an attempt to defend myself, I live in a very small house, floor space is a premium! the lounge and dining room are 3m x 3m when you add doors and under stairs cupboard into the mix (see what I did there) not a lot of other options. Guess I could have a display case built into the space!

Same reason my trainer boxes are above the wardrobe or under my bed!

I have flat feet so can feel the arch support
Theres no real way to lock your feet down in them and so your heel rises up as you walk, the cover across is held down by velcro and the side has a popper. The elastic tie is mainly for looks it seems.

I guess if you wore thick socks then it could lock your foot in more or maybe your not meant to be locked in and its meant to be like a deck/driving shoe and im just not stylish enough to have worn many shoes like that

Are you UK or US based? Just wondering what are the implications of shipping in regards to import duty etc etc. I could be wrong but I have heard it’s quite high.
