I feel maybe i've asked this before but i'm not sure..
Is there anyone here with flat feet by certain type of sneakers here? or a particular type of insole? for something that's comfy to walk in for a long time?
I overpronate when running and have fairly flat feet. I wear support asics trainers for running which help stabilise me. Is there anyone here with flat feet by certain type of sneakers here? or a particular type of insole? for something that's comfy to walk in for a long time?
You could try having your gait analysed by your local running shop and seeing what they recommend.
I only have anything specific for running shoes (saucony progrid guide 5 if you're interested). I don't find i need anything special for walking even long distances, i just use my asics gel sonoma goretex.
For normal trainers i don't use any different insoles

Apologies if this has been covered before, but recommendations for the best water repellent for my trainers please? And how well do Yeezy trainers fair up to the rain?
My Ultraboosts use to let water in and I'd end up with wet socks, guessing the Yeezy's will be similar?
I walk to work, about a mile each way and the recent downpour was interesting, thankfully I had my Air Max's so no wet socks this time round

Liquiproof is what I have used in the past. But that is only to prevent stuff getting on it by accident. My Ultraboosts use to let water in and I'd end up with wet socks, guessing the Yeezy's will be similar?

Due to the nature of the knitted upper you are gonna get soggy feet regardless if it’s pouring it down.

Always wanted a pair of hair Jordan's but I missed out. Is that stockX legit? Only place i can find them in my size. (Not that I would wear them anyway)
That’s how it starts hotchy - “they’re nice to look at. I’ll maybe get one pair, it’s not like I’ll wear them”Fast forward 12-months and you’ve got 15 pairs, some worn, some DS (because now you’re using the lingo), entering all the raffles in sight, taking L’s almost every weekend, roping family and loved ones into entering to feed your habit
I think you should most definitely get involved
