What is council? This is council. Every SINGLE thing about this picture is council. Everything. The very definition of council in one picture.

Is this one of those 'circle all the council items'-type competitions you get in the newspapers? For council points let's say in the Daily Star.

A Scotland specific one, but a tatty old Zafira plastered in YES and SNP stickers is off the scale on the council meter. Bonus points for flags attached to the roof.

Really?
Yes

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-gloucestersh...

Motorbike - check
Knife - check
Collecting a debt - check
Council - check
Maybe not the touring style ones, but moped, dirt and sports bikes are uber-council.

From this article posted earlier. https://www.gloucestershirelive.co.uk/whats-on/sho...
Referring to the ground as the floor... Several times the gentleman states ‘the floor was wet’ around his pool, that he’s attempting to return to the shop, two weeks after purchasing it. Having used it, probably during the hot spell, before it started raining and Summer was over. The punctured pool which looks like it’s been punctured by a cat or his feral children and clearly isn’t faulty due to a manufacturing issue.
In my opinion.

It must of been already mentioned - overweight children.

A day trip to Alnwick castle and gardens has highlighted to me just how bad the situation is, one particular family had i assume mum and granny in electric mobility scooters constantly smoking or vaping and drinking fake tango straight from the 2L bottles. They had 4 very overweight children - not much chance for them.

Their fifth kid, too.

Why is it that people least suitable to be bringing up our future generations are those who spawn the most offspring?

And it's always the council types who seem to have offspring with the most bizarre genetic mutations and conditions, too.

Electronic security tags on shopping baskets in a well known supermarket. Who even steals these for it to become an issue?

People have forgotten their bags so take their shopping back to the car in the basket and can't be arsed to return it back to the store is my guess.

Same with trolleys. There are loads at Warwick uni campus, one even had a Facebook page a couple of years back.

It pays the bills having more kids, guaranteed rent and all that

When we had a kid we really had to plan if we would be able to give it a lifestyle it deserved. Will mum have to go back to work, child care for a couple of days a week is more than our mortgage etc

Where as if you are feckless it actually makes your lifestyle more comfortable which housing / income / good excuse not to get a job

Yup

I also see them being used as bottle holders for recycling, washing baskets, holding general tat

I guess they probably cost £30 each minimum, could easily end up costing you a lot if people keep nicking em

People who do that must be off their trolley.

I made my annual trip to a horse racing meeting this weekend.

I was in the 'premium' enclosure, which has a dress code.

Super Council. I don't think I saw anyone 'well dressed' it was all lads in untucked shirts and fashionable (?) half mast trousers with the odd 'Peaky Blinders' style hat. Lots of sturdy gals with tatoos in skimpy summer dresses. Plenty of overpriced lager being swilled.

It was excellent.
