Students are exempt as they always live in the sttest parts of town. Southampton has no shortage of stholes either. I feel sorry for the poor sods that end up in St Mary’sAm I council?

Well I lived on Woodcote Road which is a turning off of the road in the picture. And my girlfriend at the time lived on the opposite side of Burgess Road on the Flowers Estate. That was (and still is) proper council!
Whooah there boys. Some of us lived there 50 years ago. Before they installed inside toilets and electricity.
