Here is a wonderful scene from a British street

This fella had teeth on a lead and a snake on his head

You’ll have to zoom in to see / believe me

The council bit was it was bloody cold which I’m assuming is not great for a snake?

That’s Burgess Road in Southampton isn’t it?

Mentioning the size of your television without someone asking specifically (e.g. perhaps they see your telly and they are curious about it) is absolute council.

e.g. Aww I'm gonna watch tha big game on mah 55 inch telly in FULL HD.

Am I council?

Can we trust the counsel of the council council though? My counsel would be that the counsel of the council council be considered by the full council.

If it was within the Southampton city border, then yes, Council.

Students are exempt as they always live in the sttest parts of town. Southampton has no shortage of stholes either. I feel sorry for the poor sods that end up in St Mary’s

Whilst we're on the subject of Soton bashing,...
This site made me smile, the author clearly has something against the city, check out the picture used compared to the other places hehe

Well I lived on Woodcote Road which is a turning off of the road in the picture. And my girlfriend at the time lived on the opposite side of Burgess Road on the Flowers Estate. That was (and still is) proper council!

In fairness 90% of it looks like that. Although Portsmouth isn’t any better.

Whooah there boys.

Some of us lived there 50 years ago. Before they installed inside toilets and electricity.

The DIY on a budget page on facebook is a rich hunting ground.
Lots of council points here;
Badly executed
Mix and match fonts
Writing on walls
Tacky
and the names!

I edited the kid out in the last one but it was a council classic of that stupid headband thing they all seem to wear.
