Clue is in the name: All YOU can eat.

Not you, your wife, your kids and the Staffies.
I’m getting the feeling of. ......Pay for just one all you can eat breakfast, pile it high then share with the wife; then complain when you get rumbled. Unfair?
Which was fine when it was in fact an all you can eat buffet. However, if you read the article, the basis of his grievance is that there is no longer a buffet - you order your breakfast and it's served on a plate to the table - just like any regular meal, which you could share.... and she had the continental breakfast - they're not completely council freeloaders smile
Yes - they had ordered two separate meals which had been delivered to their table - what they did with them once delivered is nobody's business but theirs
I have to admit to not having read the clickbait article. Allegation withdrawn. getmecoat

But the point is they complained over two quid, went to a newspaper about it and even got the manager to give a refund. #DM compo faces. laugh

Where would you put the tv in a lounge that small with one wall being a window?

I can't see how they could have realistically avoided putting it above the fireplace, and still having a sofa facing it.

How did people ever manage before flat screen TVs, eh? wink

This "TV on the loung/living room wall" thing I have never understood - I've never watched one and found it anything but very uncomfortable. (Full disclosure - we do have a big TV on the kitchen wall, but you're either standing or on high barstools in there).

Extra lazy points for people who have exposed cables running down the walls. Yuk.

For full-on council points I present to you - me!!! I've just ordered a 70 inch TV cool

Yes, that is completely awful. I am amazed when browsing on Rightmove how many expensive houses I look at where there are cables hanging under a wall-mounted TV.

Who is she? see it says Gemma on the thing but other than that I'm none the wiser.

I'm ashamed to say I was serious, Frank. I haven't seen Adele for several years, but seem to remember she looked a bit like that.

Not going to lose any sleep over it but I haven't a scooby.
