I'm bringing some Algarve heat back with me next week for Easter weekend
I hope you’re not spending your evenings at the tapas bar...

Kids are old enough to come with us! That story did come out, really freaked out our 10 year old daughter. Wouldn't even let us go to the adjoining apartment with all doors locked.

We were at the Mark Warner in PdL the year before with our, then, 3yr old. Watching the recent Netflix documentary was interesting. I remember being in Lagos one evening and a random bloke tried filming our lad in the street. I went mental at him and took our lad away quick smart.

Did you see many, Puggit? Sadly I didn't even bother looking, being in London (ish) and all.

I did see one, but not from the expected direction. The meteors should have originated in the east of the sky, and this one went north>south!

Small potential for storms for West Mercia and Wales today. Don't expect too much.

Saharan dust is on its way. I hope you haven't just washed the car?

I did indeed wash the car on Monday but as it lived in the garage all week and will not pop out until Sunday I may hopefully miss it.

After two weeks sat on the drive, my car is covered in pollen. I almost washed it at the weekend, but didn't. I quite like a dusty car with loads of smashed flies on it in the summer. smile

Puggit,

Do you foresee any decent warm weather appearing again soon for Bedfordshire?

Yellow weather warning of thunderstorms 1300-2100 for me in Derby, just heading home from the city centre. It's started spitting, let's see what the rest of the afternoon brings.

Ignore any media waffle about a Spanish plume lasting for months. They are always temporary affairs!

After the cold but quite dry and sunny weekend, unsettled next week. Lots of Atlantic driven 'April showers' type weather.
