I take it that it's better than the met office app, does it get its data from other sources or is it that it updates more often?
Netweather? Updates every 5 minutes, and can zoom in on a postcode. I've never looked at the MetO radar before - looks like the same dataset, but presented less well.

There's a web page for it too: https://www.netweather.tv/live-weather/radar (there's a paid for version of this too, but that really is over the top)

You think I have Apple products?! furious

I just use the regular radar (it has a switch for lightning) and the snow radar apps.

Steady on there Pug, I believe several people in the UK already have Apple products, didn't mean to offend! smilesmile

As far as I'm concerned, that is me done with summer now.

One last reasonable day meant I could finish off my external painting, which was nice.

25c today. Getting close to freezing overnight though. Will likely decommission the sprinkler system this weekend.

Ah, Colorado. Again, it'll be 25c on Wednesday. There's snow forecast for Thursday, and it'll be -9 overnight.

The natives are proud of the fact that 'we get all four seasons here'.
They then occasionally add 'often on the same day!'( this is true, and quite unpleasant).
My reply is 'yeah, but a week each for spring and fall doesn't count'.

Beautiful day in the SW today. Bit breezy, but clear blue skies and temps around 18c.

Watched a seal swim across the bay from the cliffs, before going and laying on the beach sunbathing/dozing for over an hour this afternoon, listening to the waves crash in.

Yes, turned out nice considering they were forecasting rain over the whole weekend.
