That character is the amiable Papa Lazarou from the BBC TV Series "The League of Gentlemen", a factual documentary account of daily village life in the remote Dark Peak region.

Being pedantic I know but having hiked in the Dark Peak area for some years I'm pretty sure there's no Hadfield or Glossop there, where the series was based after moving from Cumbria. In fact there's not much built in the Dark Peak at all. IIRC Hadfield and Glossop are in the High Peak. Royston Vasey, the fictional town in which TLoG is based, is Chubby Brown's real name - a local comedian of some infamy. His live act is legendary.motco said:

Good call!Nikita is also a man's name in Russia, not a woman's name, despite what people in the west think (La Femme Nikita, for example).
Nikita Krushchev

An odd thread. Either extremely bored or this is true self delusion and self denial.
This thread's existence isn't even slightly surprising to me. A lot of guys are insecure enough that finding themselves attracted to a woman with a male name would have them doing all sorts of mental gymnastics.
