Walk the dog then Films / Tv box sets after dinner with the mrs if we are not planning wedding things (well only 2 weeks to go)

If the mrs has work on the Sunday I will be on the Xbox

Usually after I’ve finished ‘jobs’ round the house and garden, nice steak or decent takeaway, then a small tv serial binge, or some Scandi noir if available, or see what music programs on BBC4 or Sky Arts. Stay up later for no other reason than it’s a Saturday.

That's quite a lot to pack into one evening.

I am married with a young child. What do you think? Sit in with dinner (maybe get a takeaway if lucky) and watch TV.

This time of year it's an evening stroll with Madam Magoo and Mavis the dog, back home for around 7pm and appero while preparing food for the plancha. A swim and then more appero while we wait for it to cool down.
A few sounds on while we cook, then eat along with, normally a nice bottle of red.

Get cleared up and relax watching the stars with a cognac or Jameson's. Sometimes a coffee or more digestive.
And normally end the evening by shagging each other's brains out on the lawn, patio, table or back in the pool.

Sat night is usually film night, either proper session two films, drinks, snacks in basement cinema, or if we're too lazy to do that film in lounge with chinese (food, not people).
Thanks for clarifying that. My immediate thought ran to you inviting the Wongs round for movie night, but of course silly me , you meant take away laugh

Usually cook for my wife and then check the horses and may play pool or have guests over and play pool or play a board game or watch TV. Usually in bed by 1030 as up at 5:30 most days. Might share a bottle of wine every other week

Spend my time listening to music on youtube or the iPod, normally because Lady Slopes is watching something she calls television....it's not what i call it but i digress.

We quite often go out somewhere nice for dinner, or to the theatre, or to some sort of show, perhaps meet friends for a drink. If we have been out all day, we will come back cook something nice crack through a bottle of wine or two and watch a film.

Cook dinner... depending on time of year, it could be BBQ, pizza or something from the slow cooker.

Have a few beers whilst watching trash on TV with the wife.

Or, we will go away in the campervan... either BBQ or knock something up on the Foreman grill, then sit in the back of the ‘van, tailgate open, watching the world go by and listening to Radio 2 with a beer or wine.

Last saturday I was clubbing in this nuts pyramid in Montreal.

I try and avoid making plans so I guess we will wait and see for this weekend. I will probably have a quiet one.

We have a 2 year old so not as exciting as it could be but still mostly have a Saturday night out.

We aren’t far from London so go to comedy shows, music and theatre when we have grandparents babysitting and the Saturdays where we don’t have babysitting we go away or head into London or visit friends.

A rare Saturday night in is lovely and we catch up on films and play board games.

ETA We are early 30’s.

A Scotch Egg and a wk, sheer, utter indulgence! You don't have to explain the film, an 'art' one perchance?? wink

Pretty much this if at home. 50% of the time I work weekends though, so in a hotel or pub somewhere in the world.
