The Tay has the highest mean flow of any river in the UK, using 2008 figures, it flowed 208.5 CuM/Sec, in comparison the Trent flowed 98 CuM/Sec, the Severn 69 CuM/Sec and the Thames 83 CuM/Sec.

I think QuartzDad's post is correct. The longest land border belonging to France would be, "France's longest land border," regardless of its location.
