Flown in this afternoon from Leipzig, it was. It's an acquired taste, I really wouldn't venture too far from the cludgie if you're planning on having more than half a pint though.

Not really, no. This is purple and has "Gefahr Glykol" printed on the label.

It's very dull and overcast here Dahn Sarf, I think we may have imported your Ooop Norf weather glenrobbo!!
IOTN I've just watched a video on how to put up coving, there are a few bits which need replacing in the house I'm decorating so I may well give it a go!!!

Coving?
Is it plaster, polystyrene, or Lulworth?

I usually mark a faint intermittent guide line, using a long level as a straight edge, along the wall at the appropriate depth below the ceiling to ensure I keep the coving straight when placing into position.
This avoids any twisting.
