There's really nothing there that can't be put down to coincidence. As you say, you were likely extra sensitive at the time, but a falling pan, nervous cat, and randomly relevent bit of TV dialogue are pretty much the definition of coincidence.
Just to add some context - ‘this wasn’t a falling pan’. This was a solid bottom stainless pan set well back against a high wall on a metal rack. It’s been there for years and never moved during all my years in that house.

I can understand that all of the individually events are mutually exclusive - but the timing of them was strange.

This looks quite terrifying and there’s video footage of what’s either a ghost or an escaped mental patient smile

Something similar happened to me years ago. Middle of nowhere during a long training run. I was with another guy and that girl appeared in the middle of the track we were running on. Long white dress( a bit like a cheap weeding dress very worn) with some sort of heels on her feet. Blond hair. She was walking towards us head down.
We passed her, I said hello as I was concerned that she might be lost or in distress but she didn't answer.

My mate get scared for anything so I didn't talk about it afterwards. Really not sure what the heck she was doing out there and how she managed to be where we were at and wearing heels and a dress like that.
Closest road was 2-3 miles I reckon from where we saw her.

That’s even more terrifying that someone else has seen the same thing, was that somewhere in France or the Uk?

It's pretty obvious that his dog dressed up as that girl to trick him. Everything can be logically explained!

I wasn't scared or anything. I was actually more concerned about her. She was in her late 20s I reckon so I didn't really think that it was something serious but I have to admit that I went straight away on different website to have a look for missing persons in the uk (Sussex) and if she fitted a description of anyone who has gone missing about. I must have looked for several month as I really wanted to make sure that girl wasn't gone for good.

Any chance of a time, or better still a screen grab? I’ve watched it a couple of times, but must have skipped the interesting bit. I can’t watch 10 straight minutes of a broken fridge.

Wiltshire, early 80’s went to look at an empty cottage for sale with my mother and a friend of hers. Looked at around the house and went back into what would be the sitting room. There was a loud bang from the hallway and then a sound like a ruler being ‘twanged’ on a desk...We ran into the hallway and the stair banister was rapidly vibrating side to side and not stopping. Left the property quite rapidly and the vibrating banister could still be heard with the front door locked ...parents didn’t buy the house but I eventually went to school with the son of the people that did buy it, he told me a section of the house was not used as very odd things had happened since moving in so he was not allowed in that part of the house, they sold it less than a year after buying it.
fk knows what that was all about, it was a very old house, 3 of use saw it happen, there was no cellar and barely any electrics/plumbing, it was very odd.

Mid 90’s I’m living in France in my early 20’s and have been asked to gut the top floor of an old farmhouse in SW France for friends of my folks. The house was on 3 floors and the previous owner (now deceased) had put a load of stud/ plaster board work on the top floor and they wanted it removed.
Drove down there, house was completely empty. Cellar empty, ground floor empty, just one large room and a kitchen and a bathroom, top floor was the floor to gut. It was about 2 hours from where I lived so I drove down after lunch to have a look and start work the next morning. To cut a long shorty short, set up my sleeping back on the main floor put my cool box in the empty kitchen, drove into the local town for some food and came back to sleep in readiness to start work the next day.

Struggling to get to sleep as it was a warm evening I heard a tapping noise underneath my pillow (I was sleeping on the floor), didn’t think much about that until the tapping noise was now above my head, like 3 or 4 knocks on a door, then the tapping was across the other side of empty room, then it would come back to above my head then under my head, it was rather odd, then it stopped. I have to say I was starting to st myself a little bit. The kitchen door was closed and close to where I was trying to sleep, as I said the only thing in there was my cool box. After a few minutes rest from the knocking noises there was a violent sound of smashing glass from the kitchen almost like someone has a sack full of glass and was smashing it against the wall, I was now genuinely frozen to the spot, I couldn’t move. The smashing would stop and within a few minutes the tapping noise would be above my head and then under and then across the other side of the room. This would then stop and the smashing would start again from the kitchen. It went on all night and I was genuinely frozen, I couldn’t move.!
I'd say the tap, tap tapping could very likely be Deathwatch Beetle, they make a very clear and distinct and surprisingly loud tapping noise on warm spring nights... god knows what the glass smashing was though!

Just that dot in the distance? Definitely not just someone else in the woods?

My explanation would be views = money

Normal camper van vid = 20k views (still pretty impressive actually)
Ghostly McGhostface = >100k views

Conclusive proof that money is good.

Would have been better if a grey, dead arm had started clawing silently at the windscreen in the background as he was dicking about trying to get the fridge fitted with the dog jumping on his head. 1 ghouls out of 10 on the spooky fiction ghost-o-meter.

When I was a teenager I came home one Friday a bit pissed and as I was brushing my teeth in my bedroom, I heard a loud 'twanging' sound come from behind me. I turned around to see my empty bedroom; I stood there for a minute or so, brush in hand, confused and a little wary. I turned back and carried on brushing, and it happened again - it was kind of like a spring going off.

I turned back around to see the exact same empty room. By now, I had started getting creeps up my back, and was sobering up fast. I searched the room, but there was not a living creature there there - except my fish tank full of guppies. Nothing changed, although the shadows were suddenly all looking rather foreboding.

Suddenly, it happened again - it seemed to come from the corner of the room! I was now properly freaked out as there was a small space behind my chest of drawers and it seemed to be emanating from there. I cautiously walked over there and took a look - nothing there at all. My blood was running cold, and I was on the verge of uncontrollable panic; my logical mind was simply unable to figure out what was going on and I was starting to feel a bit dizzy; my heart was pounding and I could hear blood rushing in my ears.

Then it happened again and I nearly had a heart attack - before realising that the water level in the fish tank had dropped and it was the water pump! Scared the ste out of me!

I've just seen this clip on a 'Paranormal: Caught on camera' Sky programme. Interesting I thought.

For the second one, try googling "Epilepsy breaking glass" or "Exploding head syndrome".
Fascinating stuff! I know a fair bit about epilepsy and have been a sceptical enthusiast of all things "paranormal" for years - but this is a new one for me.

This guy has been filming the paranormal activity is his house over the last couple of years. It's quite freaky!

He's got loads of vids to watch, this one is pretty tame, have a look: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pI1A4Y5id4E

I work with a cop, 25yrs service. I'd describe her as hardened by the job. She told me about a house that they went to where things were being thrown from the top of the landing down to them, lighters, lego etc etc. No one up there. I've no reason to doubt her and she's sadly not the winding up type!

We live in a world where the cleverest of scientists haven’t got a clue what the majority of the universe is made of, and only this week a new fundamental force of nature has been discovered.

I don’t know how one or two of the posters on here can be so certain about their opinions.
Because they’re know it all aholes?
