How much time have we got before we all sit cross-legged in the Lotus position, join hands and close our eyes and all start "Ommmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm"ing?

It's just that I'd like to put the kettle on for a nice cup of tea beforehand.

It helps me to get in the mood. smile

angel "Oh, for the wings, for the wings of a durve..."

scratchchin Nah, he'll never get airborne like that.

Not without this RATO pack. wink
A bit of proper transcendental specific impulse strapped to his jacksie.
All he needs is a bit of spiritual guidance to control his trajectory.

And a helmet.

Oh, and this flameproof leotard.

Anyone coming along to the Rocket and Milkbottle for a few pints of oblivion soup later on?
To celebrate Bobbers 23,000,000,000,000,000,000,012th post and successful insertion into low earth orbit?

I think they've got "Sleeping Satellite" on the juke box thingy on the wall. And most likely "Rocket Man" as well. smile

Of course, we'll get all the conspiracy theorist nutjobs saying that the launching of Bobbers was all faked, and nobody can get as high as that because there's no air to breathe and you can't orbit round a flat plane without bumping into one of the elephants standing on the back of the giant turtle, and Bill Gates would order NASA and the CIA to obliterate him and...

scratchchin I wonder if they get their Absinthe from Battert?
Hmmmm...

You are never too old for a Disney ride!

Fat lot of good that teacup is! grumpy.

It's a decent size, but all the tea would run out of that stupid slot in the side . Useless. Disney make any sense at all.

I used to like riding the tea cup ride, right up until the man threw me off off for throwing up on the family in the next tea cup, it's not my fault they span mine faster than everyone else's, it had nothing whatsoever to do with the 14 pints of Stella I'd drunk beforehand!!! nono

Throwing a young boy off the teacup just because of a minor indigestion problem. They should be ashamed of themselves.
I bet you wouldn’t have stood for that if you had not been ten years old.

I thought Ale Storm was our band du jour.
Although they may not be available at such short notice so we may have to settle for their tribute band, Shandy Shower.

As it's such a nice day I think we may well make the journey on the old bike.
