Is it council if your girlfriend takes you to a Miller and Carter on 14th March if it's the only steak restaurant within walking distance?

As long as the evening deed was completed as we all know steak is only the first half of the bargain!

Loosing the ashes of your late father whilst on a pub-crawl around Southend?

https://www.dailystar.co.uk/news/latest-news/son-l...

""Still slurring in the video from a heavy night of drinking, he said: "I convinced my step-mum to do a TikTok.

"I thought it would be funny- put him in the dodgem cars, put him in the big wheel, give him a kiss-me-quick hat and a stick of rock and stuff."

His mum then appears on the video, saying: "I've f***ing had those ashes for 12 years.

"I told you not to take them to the seafront. All you want to do is do things on TikTok.""

RIP dad.

A "musician by trade" apparently, probably one who sits outside supermarkets with the magic accordion that plays itself without the need to press the keys!

Indeed.
Loosing is not even a word that people actually say though, is it? Can't say I remember ever saying it.

Looser, loosening, loosen but never loosing.

Newcastle, Bristol, Birmingham, Liverpool, some dude called Riccardo Seaton, the fact it's a Reach story, the only thing in that entire article that is NOT council is the correct use of the apostrophe in the title.

Ive not used Primark since about 2003 so may not be fit to comment, however, I really don't see the point, especially for the Newcastle store as there are at least 4 Greggs stores within 5-600m from the store entrance in each direction anyways!

Same as the Asda near me that has a full McDonalds inside it - Ive just never understood the need!

Cant say i have ever heard of this Miller and Carter thing before, so i gave it a quick Google. Surprise surprise the nearest one to me is in the "council town" of Weston Super Mare. biglaughbiglaughbiglaugh
Harsh laugh I will be in Weston sur la mer on Saturday, taking our dog for a massage. He definately isn't council. He lives a better life than I do laugh
My nearest one is Sevenoaks.

It sounds very much like Nando’s, but with Beef instead of Chicken, as someone else mentioned earlier. laugh

Greggs coffee though. Cheap and strong. I just don't buy the sausage rolls or pasties.
