TBF (if I must) the Bristol CAZ seems to be deliberately set up to be as awkward as possible. But having said that, there was plenty of publicity about it prior to its introduction.

When my son visits us from his tax free lifestyle in Abu Dhabi he veers left out of the arrivals gate in newcastle airport into the greggs store about 20 yards away to fill up on god knows what flaky crap whilst your outside in the pick up / drop off point accumulating a parking fee at about £1 per minute.
It's all about priorities apparently
