Its funny how different people have such different views on things. She, for example, thinks it's 'out of order' that they are dropping the payment by 20 quid.
I however, think the thing about this thats out of order is her smashing out 5 kids with another one on the way with no way to pay for them herself. If she was a dog she would be neutered
I disagree with many of your posts, and I am usually screamingly-socially-liberal, but you are bang-on here. Good point. We genuinely had tenants saying to us: can’t pay rent due to Covid.
But wait we say: feck all has changed for you. You didn’t work before, you’ve now got an extra 20 quid and you can’t even go out and spend it.
As for this young lady, can you imagine the millions the state will spend on her and her family over the next two decades? I already know they’ll be endless support services involved no doubt trying to keep them on track. I guess the 5/6 dads are long long gone.
The times I’ve dealt with families demanding 4,5,6 bed houses: the answer is simply no. Barely any about, statistically it will never ever happen.
But I have 4/5/6 children.
But that was your choice. How/why do you think a landlord would be able to help ?
Sorry just trying to correct my ham fisted typing.
We had a newspaper run a story of one of our tenants recently. He’s stood there saying he’s starving, alone, not a penny to his name.
Apart from the lying git didn’t think we’d contact him ( the right worthy responsible thing to do).
All his benefits are in place. Income / expenditure fine. He’s not alone, he’s surrounded by family literally doors away who feed him etc.
Personally I’ve haven’t a clue why at the age of 60 he’s not working like every other poor sod.

The paper should do a follow up story, detailing the above... about time the compo crew and the like got called out out publicalkyfor their lies. We had a newspaper run a story of one of our tenants recently. He’s stood there saying he’s starving, alone, not a penny to his name.
