And then I went for a 4.14mile ride, 22minutes 35 seconds average speed 11.04MPH!!!
I've no idea why, but when I first read that it registered as 111.04 MPH.I thought "hellfire, that's getting a bloody move on"
"Carl Bobarty, the Hamble Bullet"
No worries, I've got it all straight now. As you were...
I don't think I'll be breaking "the Ton" on my pink bike. It has no fairings, and I'm not very aerodynamic these days. More of a drag really.
It has 18 speeds, all of them are in the slow end of the speculum/spectrum/plectrum/rectum.
Any attempt at increasing velocity is rewarded by severe chafing. This phenomenon probably explains why professional cyclists have that rictus grin/grimace on their faces as they attack an Alp in their skin tight Lycra hotpants...
Oh dear, now I have an image of Carl Bobberty imprinted in my mind...
It's been a funny old week

The Glastonbury Effect.
Alternatively, "30 Most Shocking TV Interview Moments".
Ho hum!
I had garlic sweet chilli chicken, Robbopops Salad and minted new potatoes.
The potatoes were considerably wealthier than me.
Then as a special treat, I opened a can of OSH.
I enjoyed it as if it was a Friday evening, and now I have another can and I'm ready to pull the ring tab thing.
Livin' on the edge.

Ooh, look at you three posts shy.Three Posts Shy.
Great name.
Thinking of great names, my gardening hat has mildew on the brim and that reminded me we're playing Mildew on the Brim in the All Villages Cricket on Sunday.
Meanwhile, back in the TT Residents' Lounge, it's time to reflect:

Bobbers, I had a blood test a couple of years ago which appears to have convinced my doctor that I had caught Type 2 diabetes, so I stepped up the exercise, cut down on the alcohol, and looked at the labels a bit more closely when buying food. He also accused me of having too many cholesteroles, so I've stopped eating them. For the last two years he's always looked a bit disappointed when I have my annual blood test, which now shows that I'm almost normal in many respects.
ION, after my morning perambulation it's a day of watching the Test match, to see if we can extract ourselves from the disastrous collapse of the top order yesterday - I love Test cricket, and yesterday afternoon was very entertaining.
Carry on.
