I was intending to refer to people on this thread, in particular - given that it's a friendlier, more convivial atmosphere than elsewhere in th PH neighbourhood.

I don't recall meeting anyone from this thread. Have met lots of PHers at the infamous London Dirty Dicks pub meet, and also Black Tie and Pie when it was on, though I remember very little from those due to drunkenness.

I've got to the bottom of my missing emails - having moved to BT from useless Virgin Media, BT decided that anything from the council needed to to be classed as spam, so I missed this weeks welsh lesson...
Now sorted...
Welsh lesson?!?!
Missing emails??
Definitely resident material!!!
Morning all. I live half my life in Pembrokeshire hence the welsh lessons, having cut down to 4 days a week work about 3 years ago (just before lockdown!).

I maybe a little fragile after last nights football...

Yes it was quite the result for Boston United to get three points away at Kidderminster wasn't it?

Morning all. I've checked all the upstairs cupboards, the greenhouse and the bogs at the Pig & Strumpet but alas no sign of dear Glenners. Hope he's alright.

In terms of physical meeting of other PH-ers it's a nope from me. Apart from the chap who got me on here in the first place a ver ver long time ago but only very rarely loiters these days. Him wot started the DIrty Takeaways thread. I've known him since we were four years old so I guess that counts.

IOTN I can't do the quizzing tonight as it's the Donny Rovers supporters' club (Retford Branch) end of season dinner/dance. I'm not from Retford, mind. It's just that my cronies and I are quite pally with that lot and they throw a good bash. Anyway being quite tired at the moment and having still failed to get the anti-aging pod working, the booze doesn't half hit me like an express train. So I've volunteered myself to be designated driver for the West Yorkshire contingent tonight.

Pip Pip.

If memory serves me, i've met one person TT from waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay back in the day, as he his wife and son were at our wedding - his son was our page boy and he and his wife were witnesses to it yada yada.
I also regularly meet up with Council Baby and his young lady

oh almost forgot, i also met another TT resident from waaaaaaaaaaaaay back in the day, Gorilla Boy. Sadly we seem to have lost touch and i suspect that my then partner had an awful lot to do with that

She didn't cut off his hand and turn it into an ash tray did she? I've seen that film.

Not met any of you chaps, would love to though as you all appear to be decent upstanding citizens of the world and share a love of the trivial.

Made it to Trivchester 45 minutes ahead of schedule. Much less traffic around this morning than I anticipated.

As I've been here since Battert was a boy I've had the pleasure of meeting a Trivillion Trivialites. Twenty or so I would guess. Dunno. The secret is to accept that at some specially convened meetings you might be the only attendee. That's okay, we all have phones. The get-togethers where you meet one or more fellow Trivistas make up for it.

That's no way to speak of Bobberoo's dad, Slopes!

I do hope glenrobbo's absence is as trivial as being due to the kerfuffle with the confusion of vol 38 vs vol 39, and nothing more serious. The trivial thread is kept alive to the benefit of the rest of us by a very small raft of dedicated Trivialites, GR being a very important plank (!). If he has gone off in a huff, perhaps he will be back in a minute and a huff.

Duck Soup, anyone?

Tis a beautiful early evening here Dahn Sarf, Mrs Bobbers even decided she fancied going for a drive when she arrived home, which has resulted in us visiting M&S and picking up something for tea!!!
